- Coordination to install the application in affiliates (Russia, Canada, Congo, Indonesia and Nigeria) The installations include a training based on documentum sysadmin 1 & 2 for the local administrator.

- Installation of a new version of the application with evolution.

- Coordination of the deliveries on the various environments (test, preproduction, production) Validation of the documents for the exploitation, planning writing, management of the technical problems during the development.

- Coordination and feasibility studies of the migration of the projects documentum based into the headquarter ( 15 Docbases) and the affiliates ( 10 Docbases)

- Writing documents: ECM architecture, document for the exploitation, IT documentum recommendations, installation planning, presentation for the projects and the affiliates.

- Implementation of satellite software / solutions in documentum (Metaframe citrix, import/export tools towards another ECM product)

- Install Eroom in production for Total EP. Coordination of the installation, the follow-up and validation of the creation of packages concerning the Eroom plug in. Validation of the documents mandatory for the exploitation. Organization of the software (creation of users, management of the rights, the normalization of names for communities, domains, rooms, objects)
