    I am a young and dynamic professional who has a bachelor degree in human resource management. The reason for my study in this field is due to the enthusiasm to meet new people and due to the first face to face interaction between people which already gives us a first perception of each other and in fact we face different personalities and also to build a personal network. During my study one thing that I have learned is that people may change their behaviours depending in which situation they are. Moreover, I believed that people is one among the most important asset that a company possess and placing the right people in the right position will allow the individual to perform, be motivated and to bviously to grow professionally. This is the reason why I have chosen recruitment. Moreover, I wanted to join a company which would help me develop my skills, have a career path and more importantly have a work-life balance. And Amaris is the company to be employed in. Amaris is an independent, international Technologies and Management Consulting Group. Created in 2007, Amaris is already established in over 50 countries and supports 500 clients worldwide throughout their projects’ lifecycle.
