- Set up the services & material quotation for site build.
- Validate the contractor's invoices for achieved works.
- Participate in giving engineering solutions for cost reduction. Cost breakdown of site build cost
- Supervise the Implementation Project life Cycle on daily basis interaction.
- Supervise the project Documentation and records.
- Supervise the projects cost/expenses and track budget.
- Supervise projects reporting and progress updates.
- Supervise time lines.
- Supervise the implementation projects execution internally and externally through contractors.
