• Review and impliment effective processes ensuring AXAA, ISO and PCI compliance
• Manage the team of Quality Assistance Representatives
• Develop all staff on the UK platform through training, coaching and mentoring and ongoing training needs

• Testing of correct premiums on personal lines products on major broker quote systems
• Implement fixes promptly to errors found
• Supervision, training and development of staff involved in testing strategy
• Visiting major brokers in UK to test their quote systems on-site, for correct premiums
• Develop and maintain test packs
• Leading project for the development and use of electric covernotes
• Liasing with brokers, internal pricing teams, business systems and software houses
