- Provide consulting services to the local subsidiary of an International BPO service provider willing to serve French companies

- Collaborate in drafting a Business Plan relating to a BPO project in the O2C, P2P and Payroll fields with the aim to implement a local BPO platform which will address French & UK SMEs’ needs

- Networking, looking for partners in order to implement various BPO services, prospecting…

- Business Intelligence & Blogging

- Drafting of the training programs & conduct of the training sessions
- Areas : Payroll legislation & French Labor Law and Payroll Audit
- Clients: Payroll and HR staff (entry level to Managers) of France-based companies, International groups and Advisory & Audit firm

- Design & promote a new service offering in Payroll & HR areas
- Turnover: + 150 K€ invoiced over 15 months
- Main projects won: Project Management for ERP implementation (PeopleSoft/Oracle for HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement...modules), HR & Payroll Audits, Advisory services

- Stabilize & strengthen the business (+100 clients – 1500 payslips/month)
- Turnover increase of more than 150 K€/year
- Team management: recruitment, assessment, training (+ 5 individuals)
